Moyale Youth Polytechnic which sometime referred to as Moyale Vocational Training Centre, Is a duly registered Technical and Vocational centre which was established in 2008 to serve the growing needs of youth. As we speak, 70% of our population consist of youth. Therefore, any positive IMPACT on the youth will reflect POSITIVELY on the whole communities in terms of reducing POVERTY and CRIME.

Everyday, Vocational Centre interact intelligently with the grassroots youth.
If well leverage, Vocational centre (Youth Polytechnic) have the potential to transform lives of thousand youths and by ripple effect the wider communities. Most of this technical skills acquired is such significant to an extent that those aggressive youth EARN as they LEARN.

Throughout its existence, the Vocational Centre has offered Vocational and artisan courses. Currently, the Centre offers 9 artisan courses through 7 academic departments with a teaching staff of 9 and non-teaching staff of 6. The student population is currently 160 both on regular and part time module.
In January 2018, the Board of Directors sat for three days and formulated a five year strategic plan (2018-2022).
This strategic plan is developed in line with the National and County agenda. This plan will provide a framework for the Vocational Centre to overcome challenges and integrate strategic aspects in line with the country development blue print and national priorities in Kenya’s Vision 2030 and the Second Medium Term Plan (MTP II 2013-2017).

Youth Empowerment Strategies-Advocacy, is one arm of Community Empowerment Support Program which is a non profit community based organization founded by like-minded elite youth from one of the Nomadic pastoralist community inhabiting horn of Kenya in East Africa. Since its inception YES-Advocacy has been nurturing and supporting community’s youth. All of its programs are designed with their best interests in mind. At Youth Empowerment Strategies-Advocacy, we provide youth with the skills they need to thrive and live Healthy in society. From Educational Fund Raising Opportunities, Community Health Campaigns, Partnering/Networking, to our community outreach strategies etc. - we have a variety of programs that are available to all.
